Voilàp Sustainability Report 2025

Since launching our Sustainability Journey in 2022, sustainability has become an integral part of the way Voilàp grows, innovates and creates long-term value. Today, we are proud to present our 2nd Sustainability Report, a document that tells the story of another year of tangible progress, strategic choices and shared achievements across our entire Group.

A message from our CEO, Valter Caiumi, to all our stakeholders:

"This second Sustainability Report is more than a collection of figures and objectives: it is the story of who we are, where we are going and why sustainability matters to us. At Voilàp, technology and people grow together. In 2025, we continued to strengthen our Group, expand our industrial capabilities and invest in innovation, while making sustainability an integral part of every decision we take. From reaching 89.2% renewable electricity and reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 29.3%, to strengthening our supply chain through ESG assessments and investing over 17,000 hours in employee training, every action reflects our commitment to building a stronger, more integrated and more responsible future. Because sustainability is ultimately measured by what we do—every day, together."
