The Voilàp Group's ‘One Company’ strategy has reached a significant milestone in Asia.

Starting on September 30, 2025, the Group's long-standing brands, Emmegi and Elumatec—known for their world-leading machinery in the processing of materials like aluminum and PVC for smart construction—officially merged their operations in India to create Voilàp India Private Limited.

This new strategic move is designed to provide customers with immediate added value, greater flexibility, and fully integrated services.

Voilàp India Pvt Ltd represents more than just a name change; but a true new centre of excellence that allows the new entity to more efficiently offer the full range of premium products from across the Voilàp Group.
