The future of innovation is in the hands of young people

It is with this conviction that Voilàp has decided to become the first manufacturing company in Italy to launch a "shadow board" called Voilàb. This is a new modality of collaboration between the young twenty-somethings of the Group and CEO Valter Caiumi for a new "Sound of Voilàp". The goal is to favor the realization of concrete and "disruptive" initiatives, increase the sense of belonging and visibility of the group, accelerate its competitiveness and define new perspectives and strategies.

voilàp for dynamo camp

Every kilometer can make a difference!

This is the spirit with which Voilàp participated in the Milan Marathon, the relay marathon where companies and people can run in the name of charity. Voilàp ran alongside Dynamo Camp, supporting the City Camp project, which offers Recreational Therapy programs to children and young people facing serious or chronic illnesses, disabilities and whose lives are limited by the structures of a society that is not always inclusive and suitable for everyone.
Voilàp is proud to be one of the 31 companies, 25 personal fundraisers and +400 donors who ran for Dynamo Camp and we can't wait to run together again.

In order to develop a shared vision and culture of sustainability and to integrate sustainability themes into the company's daily decision-making process, since June 2023 Voilàp has trained:
‣ the Executive Leadership Team, top managers and hub managers on sustainability trends and market pressures and their impact on each function
‣ various group employees on fundamental ESG topics through live training sessions and the Study in Action e-learning platform
‣ all colleagues who deal with purchasing throughout the group on topics related to sustainable purchasing held by ADACI
‣ operations colleagues on decarbonization levers and energy efficiency

People & Performance

In the context of the new Talent Management strategy, Voilàp launched the VIP platform (Voilàp Important People) in 2024, for the digital management of main HR processes. The heart of the system are the Performance Dialogue processes, which guarantee structured moments of confrontation during the year to define objectives and discuss together with your manager the results achieved. In 2024, the process involved 991 employees.

Voilàp has launched a health and safety culture program to increase and ensure prevention and awareness of H&S risks in the workplace, through the following actions:
‣ identification and distribution of new PPE ("Personal Protective Equipment") for each department with the installation of PPE and tool dispensers
Scan&Fit project, aimed at customizing safety shoe insoles using advanced scanning technology, improving both comfort and safety across all Italian production sites.
‣ adherence to the USL Program, an initiative of the Emilia Romagna Region to support active and healthy aging by encouraging and facilitating the adoption of healthy lifestyles
‣ sharing of best practices in offices and production plants to increase employee attention and sense of responsibility
‣ a wide training program on general and specific safety, fire prevention, first aid, safety management topics for supervisors and managers

Voilàp has implemented the following actions to contribute to the common fight for the reduction of single-use plastic:
‣ Adoption of a "Plastic-free" policy in company offices
‣ Installation of water dispensers
Replacement of single-use plastic items from vending machines with paper or hybrid cups, biodegradable/compostable spoons, fresh snacks and drinks with more sustainable packaging solutions.
